Sleep, movement, food

Vitals

Your readiness, every morning

Each morning Akari reads last night against your own usual nights. Yesterday’s food and strain count too.

Nutrition

More than just calories

Every nutrient gets a row of its own, with its own symbol. Where there is a limit, Akari marks it. You log food by writing or saying it.

No account needed

Your data stays private

Akari reads Apple Health on your iPhone and keeps what it works out right there.

Your goal

One goal is enough to start

Build the night from the day around it: morning light, screens down in the evening, and a full night behind you.

Akari does the rest

Snap, write or say what you ate

Type it, say it, or take a photo. Akari finds each food, its portion and what is in it.

Pricing

Most of Akari is free

FAQ

Good to know

Akari is free during beta and available for iPhone through Apple’s TestFlight. Here is what to know before you try it.

What is Akari?

Akari is an iPhone app that brings your sleep, movement and food together in one place and explains in plain words what they mean for your day.

What does Akari cost?

Most of Akari is free. Food logging, readiness and Health Age: free for 14 days, then a monthly or yearly subscription, priced in your App Store, with no commitment. During the beta everything is free.

Does my health data leave my iPhone?

Your data stays private. Akari needs no account and keeps your health data on your iPhone. Only a food report you choose to send reaches us, so we can fix the match. A meal you type, say or photograph is read by an AI service through our server, and we do not store it; more in the privacy policy.

What do I need?

An iPhone with iOS 26 or later and Apple Health. Akari speaks English and German. You don’t need a fitness tracker, but one that writes to Apple Health, like an Apple Watch or a Fitbit Air, adds sleep, heart rate and more. Without one, switch off what needs it and use Akari for the steps your iPhone counts and the food you log.

Does Akari work with my Apple Watch, Oura, Garmin or Fitbit?

Yes. Akari reads sleep, heart rate and activity from Apple Health, so it works with any tracker that writes there, like an Apple Watch, an Oura Ring, a Garmin watch or a Fitbit. Turn on Apple Health in your tracker’s own app, and keep the tracker you already have.

Is Akari medical advice?

No. Akari explains your own data and patterns. It does not diagnose or treat anything, so talk to your doctor about health concerns.

How can I try Akari?
